Hi, I'm Josh. I'm a 25 years old, Aquarius, college graduate. Working at a small town newspaper.... I spent lots of time on the internet.

2012 is the year of not being passive! sure?

As with 99% of the world, I’m not a fan of resolutions. I’m usually destined to fail at concrete ideas like “Lose Weight” or “Learn to Cook.” I’m much better at the vague but progressive declarations like “Be Healthier.”

I can safely say I’m healthier in 2012. So for 2013 (shit, the future) I’m going to be “Less Passive.” My father made a joke I am comfortable with my job, that I just come home from work and play video games. Even jokingly, he was right.

I don’t want that to be how I waste being 26 (turning 27 this year) just being a comfortable fool working at a small daily newspaper and coming home to hop on Xbox Live (Although there is nothing wrong with that, that’s just accidentally most of my 20’s so far).

So being less passsive means I’m more aggressive at work about trying to tackle subjects, don’t let the apartment fall into a cesspool, actually visit the gym I’m paying monthly dues at.

By 2013, I should atleast feel I’m on the path to being the Joshua I think (and my parents think) I should be.

Right?
